COREX PORTAL END-USER AGREEMENT

THE USE OF THE COREX PORTAL AND ITS SERVICES IS CONDITIONAL TO YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS END-USER AGREEMENT.

THE COREX PORTAL IS OPERATED AND HOSTED IN THE CITY OF MONTREAL, PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, CANADA. IF YOU ARE A VISITOR FROM ABROAD AND THAT YOU PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BE TRANSFERRED AND HOSTED IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC AND PROTECTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS IN THIS PROVINCE.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END–USER AGREEMENT MAY BE MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE FÉDÉRATION DES CHAMBRES DE COMMERCE DU QUÉBEC. ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON THE COREX PORTAL. THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFICATION BY CLICKING ON THE ACCEPTANCE BUTTON WHEN YOU ACCESS PORTAL AND THE SUBSEQUENT USE OF THE ONLINE SERVICES WILL BE DEEMED YOUR ACCEPTATION TO SUCH MODIFICATIONS.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WOULD NOT AGREE TO MODIFICATIONS OR THAT YOU WOULD BE DISSATISFIED FOR ANY DECISION OR POLICY TAKEN IN THE OPERATION OF THE COREX PORTAL YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO TERMINATE THIS USER AGREEMENT BY GIVING A WRITTEN NOTICE BY ELECTRONIC MAIL AND BY DISCONTINUING THE USE OF THE COREX PORTAL, WITHOUT REFUND OF ANY KIND NOR LIABILITY TO ANYONE FROM THE FÉDÉRATION DES CHAMBRES DE COMMERCE DU QUÉBEC.

1. General description

The Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (hereinafter: the "FCCQ") operates an electronic platform of information and a B2B networking platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as: the "COREX Portal") for Quebec companies seeking to initiate or increase their exports to the United States and U.S. companies seeking to initiate or increase their exports to Quebec by providing business opportunities on predefined markets, the possibility of networking between companies and the announcement of third party activities dedicated to the promotion of exports between Quebec and the United States (hereinafter: the "Services").

All improvement or addition to the online services offered on the COREX Portal will be subject to the terms and conditions of the present Agreement, except specific provisions to the contrary.

2. Registration

The USER must provide to the FCCQ with the appropriate and complete information as required in the registration form and must update this information promptly with the FCCQ so as to be at all times accurate and comprehensive.

ONLY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF A COMPANY CAN COMPLETE THE BUSINESS PROFILE AND INFORMATION REQUIRED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM ON ITS ACTIVITIES. YOU WARRANT THE FCCQ THAT YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE TO COMPLETE ITS BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THE COMPANY.

In the event that the information supplied by the USER should be incomplete, inaccurate or false, the FCCQ reserves its right to suspend or terminate the membership of the USER and to deny, in all or in part, the access to the Services provided via the COREX Portal, without any liability from the FCCQ to the USER or any third party.

An access code is required to operate and gain access to the functionalities of the COREX Portal. The USER undertakes to keep confidential his access code and to prevent any other person to use his access code to the COREX Portal. The USER shall notify the FCCQ immediately of any breach of security, including any unauthorized use of his access code.

THE FCCQ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY USER’S LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE DIVULGATION OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF HIS ACCESS CODE. AT ALL TIMES, THE USER WILL ASSUME FULL LIABILITY OF ANY ACTIVITY THAT IS GENERATED UNDER HIS ACCESS CODE OR UNDER USER’S ACCOUNT, EVEN IN CASE OF LOSS OF CONFIDENTIALITY OR UNAUTHORIZED USE.

3. Termination

The USER covenants to abide to any regulations issued by the FCCQ and to comply promptly to any request for information or instructions issued by the FCCQ.

Without prejudice to the exercise of all rights and remedies, including injunction, the FCCQ may, in its sole discretion and at any time, terminate the registration of the USER or prohibit for the future his access to the COREX Portal if it suspects or finds an inappropriate use of COREX Portal Services or for any other reason FCCQ, as operator of the website deems inappropriate.

IN CASE OF TERMINATION OF THE USER’S REGISTRATION, THE USER’S DATA STORED ON THE COREX PORTAL SYSTEMS WILL BE REMOVED AND MAY NOT BE SUBSEQUENTLY RECOVERED.

THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE FCCQ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE USER OR ANY THIRD PARTY RESULTING FROM THE TERMINATION OF THIS END-USER AGREEMENT OR THE PROHIBITION OF ACCESS TO THE COREX PORTAL Services.

4. Content generated by the USER

The USER acknowledges that he owns entire editing control regarding information, messages, pictures, videos, notes, opinions and profiles that he submits on the COREX Portal or share with others users through any chat rooms, blogs or other communication functionalities offered on the COREX Portal. CONSEQUENTLY, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE IS SOLE LIABLE FOR THE QUALITY, RELIABILITY AND LAWFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, MESSAGES, OPINIONS AND PROFILES THAT HE SUBMITS WHILE USING THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL AND THAT HE IS SOLE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THEIR POSTING, USE OR DISPLAY IN ANY COUNTRY.

By publishing any content on or through the COREX Portal, the USER hereby grants to FCCQ a free, worldwide, nonexclusive license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, communicate by telecommunication, reproduce and distribute such content on the COREX Portal.

THE USER CANNOT POST, TRANSMIT OR SHARE WITH OTHERS USERS ANY CONTENT HE DID NOT CREATE OR THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO PUBLISH. CONSEQUENTLY, THE USER WARRANTS TO THE FCCQ THAT HE IS THE OWNER OR HOLDS ALL RIGHTS OR LICENSES REQUIRED FOR POSTING ANY CONTENT HE SUBMITS ON THE COREX PORTAL AND THAT SUCH CONTENT DOES NOT INFRINGE THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, PRIVACY RIGHTS, PUBLICITY RIGHTS OR ANY OTHER RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PERSON.

THE USER AGREES TO PAY FOR ALL ROYALTIES, FEES AND ANY OTHER DUTIES OWED TO ANY PERSON BY REASON OF ANY CONTENT HE PUBLISHES OR POSTS ONLINE.

5. Accuracy of the Portal information

Although the FCCQ makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on the COREX Portal, it cannot guarantee that the information or material contained therein is current, accurate, error-free or complete.

THE USER ACCEPTS THAT THE CONTENT OF THE COREX PORTAL IS PROVIDED TO HIM "AS IS" AS INFORMATION ONLY. THEREFORE, THE USER AGREES TO USE THE COREX PORTAL AT HIS "OWN RISK" AND THAT HE IS RESPONSIBLE TO EVALUATE THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY AND ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL OR RESULTING FROM ANY OTHER WEBSITE THAT THE USER MAY HAVE BEEN REFERRED THROUGH THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL.

AT NO TIME, THE FCCQ ENDORSES NOR ASSUMES ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY’S CONTENT OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY WEBSITES CONTROLLED BY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF SUCH WEBSITE. THE USER IS RESPONSIBLE TO EVALUATE THE CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THIS CONTENT.

6. Transactions with third party suppliers

In the normal course of the use of the COREX Portal, the USER may eventually enter into communication with third party suppliers in order to acquire goods and services. The USER acknowledges that all communication, written, verbal or electronic, for the purchase of goods and services, including prices, conditions relating to delivery, conditions of payment and all other term, condition, warranty and representation related to these goods and services, are only binding the USER and the third party supplier involved, excluding the FCCQ. THE FCCQ ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SUPPLIER AND FOR THE COSTS INCURRED BY THE USER IN SUCH TRANSACTION.

IT IS USER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS APPLICABLE IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH TRANSACTION. THE FCCQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OR WITHHOLDING OF ANY APPLICABLE TAX RESULTING FROM THE TRANSACTION INTERVENED BETWEEN A USER AND A THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER OF GOODS AND SERVICES.

7. Prohibited behaviours

The USER undertakes to use the Services of the COREX Portal with courtesy and to respect common usage and etiquette generally accepted.

More particularly, the USER undertakes not to use the Services of the COREX Portal to infringe the law, to obtain confidential information or the property of others, or to post messages that are menacing, defamatory or susceptible to endanger the security and reputation of others. COMMERCIAL ADS, AFFILIATED LINKS AND ANY OTHER FORM OF SOLICITATION POSTED BY THE USER MAY BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE AND MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF USER’S REGISTRATION.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the USER agrees not to:

  • transmit anonymous messages or impersonate any person, company or organization to publish a profile or to send a message;
  • use content and/or express comments that is patently offensive and promotes racism, fanaticism, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
  • present information or content using sexually suggestive imagery or scene of nudity, violence or other offensive content, including a link referring to a website offering such content;
  • present or use information that the USER knows is false or misleading or promoting illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
  • express opinions in a defamatory manner or otherwise damaging, in a faulty way, the reputation of another person;
  • use any information obtained on or through the use of the COREX Portal in order to harass, mislead or harm another person;
  • post online information or comments violating the privacy of another person, including address, phone number, email, social security number, credit card number;
  • post online a photograph or other pictures of another person without that person's consent;
  • furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities;
  • transmit information violating a patent, a trademark, a copyright or any other intellectual property right of another party;
  • transmit knowingly material that contains viruses or any other harmful element on the systems of the COREX Portal or to any other person that use the system;
  • transmit any unsolicited bulk electronic mail (SPAM);
  • promote pyramidal sales or any other kind of solicitation;
  • obtain personal information on other users or gain access to other clients’ accounts;
  • gain access to the services of the COREX PORTAL for the purpose of extracting its content;
  • post online advertisements or solicitations in order to sell or for USERS to buy products and services on or through or any other commercial activity;
  • attempt to break the security of systems implemented on the COREX Portal or make those systems unusable.

The FCCQ does not undertake to verify the content of messages and information posted online by the USERS before their publication. WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ITS RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PRESENT AGREEMENT, THE FCCQ RESERVES ITS RIGHT TO REMOVE FROM THE COREX PORTAL, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, ANY CONTENT WHICH IS JUDGED INADEQUATE OR IS INFRINGING THE SERVICE CONDITIONS HEREIN OR GENERALLY ACCEPTED ETIQUETTE RULES.

THE FCCQ RESERVES ITS RIGHT TO DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION IT BELIEVES IN GOOD FAITH NECESSARY I) TO MEET ANY LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OR JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS II) TO ENFORCE ITS RIGHTS AND THE TERMS OF THE PRESENT END-USER AGREEMENT III) TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF OTHER USERS.

The FCCQ reserves its rights to investigate, including the right to disclose any illegal activities to authorities, and to take appropriate legal action against anyone violating the present terms of this End-User Agreement.

The FCCQ’s default not to act in case of breach to the present terms of use by a USER or any third party does not preclude the FCCQ’s rights to intervene in any future similar infringement.

8. Indemnity

The USER agrees hereby to hold harmless the FCCQ, its affiliated members, officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors and representatives from and against any judicial suits, claims, penalties, costs, losses, liabilities of any kind, proceedings, demands, damages and expenses (including interests, penalties, taxes, duties, fines, requisitions, fees, levies and legal fees) in any circumstance resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the Services on the COREX Portal or from USER’s content published or posted online.

9. Intellectual property rights of the FCCQ

The USER acknowledges that, except for its rights to use the Services of the COREX Portal as granted herein, all property rights and titles including any intellectual property regarding software, systems, process or documentation used to provide the Services of the COREX Portal belongs entirely to the FCCQ or its licensing suppliers, including any modification or upgrade pertaining to same.

COREX and other names, logos and icons related to the products or Services of the COREX Portal are registered trademarks exclusive to the FCCQ. All other products, marks or names appearing on the COREX Portal are trademarks of their respective owners. It is forbidden to use a trademark appearing on the website without the written authorization of the FCCQ or the owner of the rights on this trademark.

The USER is strictly prohibited to modify, reproduce, transmit, publish or sell any information, software, product or service obtained from the COREX Portal or to create works derived from the items mentioned above.

10. Safety of information

The USER is sole responsible to maintain an Internet access with an appropriate service provider and maintain his electronic mail in good working order. THE FCCQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE UNAVAILABILITY OF INTERNET OR ELECTRONIC MAIL ACCESS ENSUING FROM TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR LITIGATION BETWEEN THE USER AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDER.

THE USER IS SOLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF HIS COMPUTER AND HIS DATA AGAINST INTERFERENCES OR VIRUS POTENTIALLY TRANSMITTED BY INTERNET. BACK-UP COPY OF USER’S CONTENT IS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF USER.

The FCCQ is taking reasonable technical means to protect USER’s data and to ensure a high level of runtime of the Services on the COREX Portal.

HOWEVER, CONSIDERING THE PUBLIC NATURE OF THE INTERNET NETWORK, THE FCCQ CANNOT GUARANTEE A CONTINUED, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL. THE FCCQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY, PIRACY, VIRUS, LOSS OR ALTERATION OF DATA TRANSMITTED OR STORED ON THE FCCQ’S SYSTEMS.

11. Confidentiality of information

The FCCQ is committed to ensure the protection of personal information of its USERS using the Services of the COREX Portal and the respect of their privacy. FCCQ's policy regarding the nature of the information collected during the use of the COREX Portal is available on a separate webpage entitled « Privacy policy and protection of personal information »

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END-USER AGREEMENT AND YOUR SUBSEQUENT USE OF THE COREX PORTAL INCLUDE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THE « PRIVACY POLICY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION » GOVERNING THE USE OF THE COREX PORTAL.

12. Notice

The FCCQ may transmit notices to USER or additional information at the email address indicated in its registration coordinates or using other communication services on the COREX Portal. These messages shall be deemed received and read at the date of their transmission. The USER is responsible to maintain active the email address indicated in its registration or to notify in due time the FCCQ of any modification to its registration coordinates. THE FCCQ ASSUMES NO LIABILITY RESULTING FROM SENDING A MESSAGE TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY THE USER WHICH WOULD NOT BE FUNCTIONAL.

13. Discontinuance of Services

The FCCQ reserves its right to modify or discontinue in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, any Service offered on the COREX Portal at any time and in its sole discretion upon prior written notice to the USER. At the end of this period, the FCCQ reserves its right to delete from its equipments and servers, the information or files linked to the account of the USER. THE FCCQ ASSUMES NO LIABILITY TO ANY USER OR THIRD PARTIES RESULTING FROM THE EXERCISE OF ITS RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

THE USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ALL USE OF THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL IS AT ITS OWN RISKS. ALL SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL ARE MADE AVAILABLE “AS IS” AND “WHEN AVAILABLE”. THE FCCQ GIVES NO CONVENTIONAL OR LEGAL WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE, EXPRESS OR IMPLICIT, ON THE CONTENT OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE COREX PORTAL INCLUDING NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE FCCQ MAKES NO REPRESENTATION NOR WARRANTY TO THE USER I) THAT THE SERVICES OFFERED OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COREX PORTAL WILL MEET HIS REQUIREMENTS II) THAT THE SERVICES OF THE COREX PORTAL WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED, AVAILABLE, SECURE OR FREE FROM ERRORS III) THAT THE RESULTS WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ADEQUATE, COMPLETE AND RELIABLE, IV) AND THAT ANY PROGRAMMING ERROR WILL BE CORRECTED.

THE FCCQ GIVES NO WARRANTY NOR ASSUMES ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY, LOSS OR DATA ALTERATION TRANSMITTED ON A PUBLIC NETWORK AS INTERNET.

THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY MATERIAL, SOFTWARE OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE COREX PORTAL IS DONE IN HIS SOLE DISCRETION AND AT HIS OWN RISK. ACCORDINGLY, THE USER ASSUME FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO HIS COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DOWNLOADING SUCH MATERIAL, SOFTWARE OR DATA.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE FCCQ DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT NOR VOUCH: I) THE APPROPRIATENESS, TRUTHFULNESS, ACCURACY, LEGALITY OR RELEVANCE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; II) THE ABILITY OR DILIGENCE OF THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS TO PERFORM THEIR OBLIGATIONS, SERVICES OFFERED AND / OR MANDATES.

15. Liability Disclaimer

THE FCCQ, ITS AFFILIATED MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, BY CONTRACT OR BY TORT, TOWARDS USERS OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA LOSS AND OTHER INTANGIBLE GOODS, EXPENSES FOR THE RETRIEVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES EVEN IF THE FCCQ OR ITS AFFILIATED MEMBERS MAY HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THAT SUCH DAMAGES EXISTED AND WOULD RESULT FROM:

  1. THE INEXACTITUDE OF INFORMATION AND ELEMENTS MENTIONED ON THE COREX PORTAL;
  2. ANY DELAY RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES ON THE COREX PORTAL OR THE IMPOSSIBILITY TO USE THEM;
  3. AN INVALID DESTINATION OF A MESSAGE, TRANSMISSION ERRORS OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, LOSS OR ALTERATION OF DATA;
  4. DEFAMATORY OR OFFENDING DECLARATION OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY IN THE CONTEXT OF ITS USE OF THE SERVICES;
  5. ANY DELAY INCURRED OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE FROM A THIRD PARTY, THE GOODS OR SERVICES ORDERED OR TRADED VIA THE COREX PORTAL OR REGARDING THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SUPPLIER.

16. Assignment

The USER is prohibited to assign to any third party in whole or in part any rights or its subscription resulting from the present agreement.

The FCCQ is entitled to assign at its sole discretion any of its rights under the present agreement to any third party and the assignee will be entitled to all FCCQ’s rights, privileges or recourses resulting from the present agreement.

17. Enforceability

Any declaration of a court to the effect that any provision hereof is invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions hereof.The headings used in this agreement are only indicative and should not be used for the interpretation of this agreement.

18. No Waiver

If the FCCQ fails to avail itself of any of its rights under the present, this does not constitute a waiver or a modification of its rights herein and the FCCQ may, within the time prescribed by law, institute procedures to invoke its rights. A delay in doing so does not constitute a defense which is enforceable.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

THE USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC AND THE LAWS OF CANADA APPLICABLE IN THIS PROVINCE, AS THE CASE MAY BE. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS END-USER AGREEMENT ARE NOT SUBJECT NOR SHOULD BE INTERPRETED AS BEING SUBJECT TO THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS. THE USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT ANY LITIGATION ARISING OUT OR FROM THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY INTRODUCED BEFORE A COMPETENT COURT OF THE JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF MONTREAL, PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, CANADA.

20. Force majeure

The FCCQ shall not be deemed in default in the performance of its obligations hereunder if such performance is delayed, detained or prevented because of force majeure or circumstance beyond its control. Force majeure is any cause beyond the control of the FCCQ hereto and against which it could not protect itself. Force majeure includes, without limitation, any fortuitous and natural disasters, strikes, work stoppages, lockouts, fire, riot, failure of communication networks including Internet, power failure, embargo, order, war, terrorism, inability to obtain raw materials, regulation or government controls or other similar event.

21. Enforceability of the online version

The USER acknowledges that this End-User Agreement has the same effect and same value as if it were signed by you. A printed version of this End-User Agreement or any notice sent by electronic mail will be admissible in litigation as any other business document of the enterprise or register generally kept in paper format.

22. Entire Agreement

This End-User Agreement for the Services of the COREX Portal and its subsequent amendments constitute the entire End-User Agreement between the parties and supersede any other verbal or written representations or preliminary contract that may have preceded the present agreement.
